摘要
伴随老龄化进程的不断加快,传统养老模式的不适应性逐渐显现,创新养老模式迫在眉睫。在健康中国理念指引下,从山东省养老事业发展的现实情况出发,通过体育、医疗、养老和社区等主管部门深度合作,可以凝聚多方力量形成资源合力,充分发挥公共服务的综合效益,构建“体医养融合”社区养老服务模式。本研究阐述了该模式的现状、需求导向、构建原则及具体内容,旨在提高养老服务的供给质量、供给效率和供给水平,力求实现老有所养、老有所依、老有所乐。
With the acceleration of the aging population process,the inadaptability of the traditional elderly care model gradually emerged.Under the guidance of the concept of“Healthy China”,starting from the actual situation of the development of the pension industry in Shandong Province,through the in-depth cooperation of the main departments such as sports,medical,pension and community,pooling various forces to form resources,giving full play to the comprehensive benefits of public services,the community elderly care service mode featured“integration of sport,medical care and nursing”can be built.The present situation,demand orientation,construction principle and specific content of the model are expounded in this paper,aiming at improving the supply quality,supply efficiency and supply level of the elderly care service,and striving to achieve a sense of security,dependability and happiness for the elderly.
