摘要
单宁是普遍存在于植物界的一类多酚化合物,具有显著的抑菌活性。适量单宁不仅不影响动物的生长性能,还能维持肠道微生态平衡,促进动物肠道健康,是理想的抗生素替代品。本文综述了单宁的来源、单宁与微生物的互作关系以及单宁对畜禽和水产动物肠道微生物的影响,旨为单宁在畜禽和水产动物饲料中的应用提供参考。
Tannin,a kind of polyphenol compound,widely exists in plant world and has significant antibacterial activity.Appropriate amount of tannin not only does not affect growth performance,but also maintains the intestinal microecological balance and promotes intestinal health of animals.It is an ideal substitute for antibiotics.This paper reviews the classification of tannin,the interaction between tannin and intestinal microbiota,and the effects of tannin on intestinal microbiota of livestock,poultry and aquatic animals,in order to provide references for the application of tannin in animal feed.
