摘要
大运河文化景观带的建设并不是单纯的城市景观设计问题,而是在更高层面打造一条文化带、遗产带、经济带、发展带,其建设已成为当前国内运河沿线城市的重点工作。在总结和分析大运河文化景观带更新建设的研究背景与大运河(沧州段)文化景观带建设现状的基础上,指出了更新建设中存在的六大问题及其产生的原因和造成的影响;通过分析借鉴国内外运河文化遗产保护利用和滨水景观带建设的先进理念和成功经验,在地域性和国际化双重视角下,提出了一条涵盖提升滨水景观、传承地域文化、发展产业集群、利用工业遗产、营造公共艺术空间等层面的符合时代特征、地域性格、国际潮流的更新建设路径。
The construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Landscape Belt is not simply a matter of urban landscape design, but to create a cultural belt, heritage belt, economic belt and development belt at a higher level, which has become the key work of cities along the canal. Based on summarizing and analyzing the research background of the renewal construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Landscape Belt and the current situation of the construction of the Grand Canal(Cangzhou Section) Cultural Landscape Belt, it points out seven problems existing in the renewal construction and their causes and influences. By analyzing and drawing on the advanced concepts and successful experiences of the protection and utilization of canal cultural heritage and the construction of waterfront landscape belt at home and abroad, a renewal construction path in line with the characteristics of the times, regional character and international trend is proposed from the dual perspectives of regionality and internationalization, which covers the promotion of waterfront landscape, the inheritance of regional culture, the development of industrial clusters, the use of industrial heritage and the creation of public art space.
