摘要
慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)主要表现为下尿路症状、疼痛及性功能障碍等,严重影响患者的健康状态和生活质量。本研究探讨慢性前列腺炎发生发展相关的免疫细胞(包括Th1细胞、Th17细胞、Treg细胞、肥大细胞)对该病发病机制影响的相关研究进展综述如下。
The main manifestations of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS) are lower urinary tract symptoms, pain and sexual dysfunction, which seriously affects the health status and quality of life of patients. In this study, the immune cells related to the occurrence and development of chronic prostatitis, including Th1 cells, Th17 cells, Treg cells and mast cells, were investigated, and the related studies on the influence of the disease on pathogenesis were reviewed.
