摘要
目的:观察芪参生津方防治深部热疗不良反应的临床效果。方法:将54例恶性肿瘤气阴亏虚证患者随机分为2组各27例。对照组单纯采用深部热疗治疗,观察组采用芪参生津方内服联合深部热疗治疗。2组疗程均为3周。治疗前及治疗3周后评定Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分、中医证候积分,检测血小板计数(BPC),比较2组患者在改善功能状态及中医证候方面的疗效。结果:治疗3周后,观察组功能状态改善疗效及中医证候疗效均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。观察组BPC水平较治疗前升高,并高于对照组治疗后的BPC水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:将芪参生津方用以防治热疗过程中出现的不良反应,能使患者积极配合完成热疗疗程,达到有效改善症状、提高生活质量的目的。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qishen Shengjin Prescription preventing and treating adverse reactions caused by deep hyperthermia.Methods:A total of 54 cases of patients with malignant tumors with dual deficiency of qi and yin syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,with27 cases in each group.The control group was simply treated with deep hyperthermia,and the observation group was given oral administration of Qishen Shengjin Prescription combined with deep hyperthermia.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.Before treatment and after 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of Karnofsky Performance Score(KPS)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes were measured.The blood platelet count(BPC)was detected.The curative effects in improving functional status and TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared.Results:After three-week treatment,the curative effects in improving functional status and TCM syndromes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).The BPC level in the observation group was increased when compared with that before treatment,and higher than that in the control group after treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qishen Shengjin Prescription for preventing and treating the adverse reactions in the process of deep hyperthermia enables patients to actively cooperate in completing the course of deep hyperthermia,so as to effectively improve the symptoms and quality of life.
