摘要
目的探讨体检成年男性良性前列腺钙化(BPC)的影响因素,为开展患者教育及进一步探讨BPC对前列腺的不良影响提供参考。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2021年6月体检成年男性的详细体检资料,按是否BPC分组,单因素比较两组间的体检指标,多因素分析BPC的影响因素。结果3433名中位年龄38岁体检成年男性中发现BPC者770例。非BPC组年龄、收缩压和前列腺体积低于BPC组(P<0.05),身高、血尿酸高于BPC组(P<0.05);高血压患者数低于BPC组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic分析显示年龄(OR=1.026,95%CI:1.018-1.035)、身高(OR=0.982,95%CI:0.967-0.997)、前列腺体积(OR=1.039,95%CI:1.026-1.053)、高血压(OR=1.268,95%CI:1.064-1.512)和行业(尤其教育文化和医疗卫生)(OR=1.556,95%CI:1.178-2.055和OR=1.435,95%CI:1.017-2.024)是BPC的独立影响因素。结论年龄、身高、前列腺体积、高血压和从事教育文化或医疗卫生的行业是BPC的影响因素。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of benign prostatic calcification(BPC)in adult male physical examinees,and provide some references for the education for people and study the adverse effects of BPC on prostate.Methods The detailed medical records of 3433 adult male physical examinees from October 2018 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The demographic information and physical examination indicators between the two groups with or without BPC were compared by univariate analysis,and the independent influencing factors of BPC were analyzed by multivariate analysis.Results Among the 3433 adult male physical examinees with a median age of 38,770 were BPC patients.There were significant differences in age,height,systolic blood pressure,prostate volume and serum uric acid level between the non-BPC group and the BPC group(P<0.05).The number of patients with hypertension in the non-BPC group was lower than that in the BPC group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.026,95%CI:1.018-1.035),height(OR=0.982,95%CI:0.967-0.997),prostate volume(OR=1.039,95%CI:1.026-1.053),hypertension(OR=1.268,95%CI:1.064-1.512)and industry(especially education-culture and health care)(OR=1.556,95%CI:1.178-2.055 and OR=1.435,95%CI:1.017-2.024)were independent influencing factors for BPC.Conclusion Age,height,prostate volume,hypertension and the occupation in education-culture or health care were influencing factors for BPC.
