摘要
介绍了ERP管理软件的特点和医院应用ERP管理软件进行医用耗材管理的实践情况。通过ERP管理平台建立了医用耗材的标准化流程和运作规范,使医用耗材管理透明化,实现了大宗医用耗材的"零库存"以及手术室高值耗材"零库存"和"零成本"的精确管理,增强了经营管理意识,提高了工作效率,减少了漏洞和浪费,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
ERP management software and the practice with it in managing medical consumable material in the hospital are introduced. With ERP, standard technological process for medical consumable material management can be established, which can make medical consumable material management transparent, realize zero stock of large medical materials and zero stock, zero cost of high value surgical material precise management, enhance management consciousness, raise working efficiency, avoid flaw and waste and gain good economic and social benefits.
