摘要
俄罗斯政治学在30年发展中,经历了一个从政治学知识方面的模仿学习,到本土政治现象的科学化描述,再到秉持本土价值、吸纳前沿方法的三阶段发展历程。俄罗斯政治学总体呈现出概念的体系化、思维的科学化与视角的本土化三个特征。当前,俄罗斯政治学已经确定了国家、政府、政党、市场、社会、精英、思想文化七个主要研究领域。但是,这些主要研究领域发展并不均衡,还存在诸多问题,如对策性、技术性研究强于理论性研究,议程和理论引进强于本土理论建构,学术研究落后于政治实践等。目前,俄罗斯政治学的有些研究成果转化成国家战略,促进了政治主体的协同发展,有些研究还揭示出改革与发展过程中的潜在威胁。对追求政治与政治学现代化与本土化双重目标的转型国家而言,俄罗斯政治学的发展历程可以提供一定的借鉴。
Russian political science research has undergone three stages in its thirty years of development.The three stages are:(1)introducing political science knowledge;(2)scientific description of local political phenomena;and(3)upholding local values and absorbing cutting-edge research methods.Overall,Russian political science research presents three orientations:systematization of concepts,scientification of thinking modes,and localization of research perspectives.At present,Russia’s political science research focuses on seven major subfields or themes.They include state,government,party,market,society,elite,and ideology/culture.However,the development of these research fields is uneven.Many problems exist:policy-oriented research and technical analyses are stronger than theoretical and basic research;more efforts are invested in importing western research agendas and theories than in local theoretical construction;and academic research lags behind political practices.Some research achievements have translated into Russia’s national strategies and helped guide the coordinated development of certain political subjects;some studies have revealed potential threats to Russia’s reform and development.For transition countries pursuing the dual goals of modernization and localization of politics and political science,the development path of Russian political science research in the past thirty years can provide a source of reference.
