摘要
目的:调查中国澳门老年人中医体质分布特点,探究偏颇体质影响因素。方法:依据《中医体质量表——老年版(65岁以上)》判断调查对象中医体质类型,采用卡方检验或确切概率法对偏颇体质进行单因素分析,Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果:共纳入313名老年人,平和质占27.48%(86/313),偏颇体质中阴虚质、痰湿质及阳虚质占比超过10%。食欲不振为气郁质的影响因素(OR=0.207,P<0.01),居澳时间为阳虚质的影响因素(OR=0.306,P<0.05),高血压病和糖尿病为痰湿质的影响因素(OR=2.833、2.832,P<0.05),糖尿病为阴虚质的影响因素(OR=2.580,P<0.05)。结论:大部分老年人表现为偏颇体质,年龄、性别、慢性病及生活方式等与体质类型相关,可用于指导老年人健康管理,提升老年人健康状况。
Objective:To analyse the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution among Macao elderly,and explore the influential factors for unbalanced constitutions.Methods:TCM constitution types of respondents were determined based on Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire:Elderly Edition(Over 65 Years Old),univariate analysis(Chi-square or Fisher’s exact test)and multivariate analysis(Logistic regression)were conducted to explore influential factors for unbalanced constitutions.Results:In total,313 elderly were enrolled.People with balanced constitution accounted for 27.48%(86/313),and those with yin-deficiency,damp-heat and yang-deficiency accounted for over 10%.Loss of appetite and duration of stay in Macao were found to be the influential factors for qi-stagnation(OR=0.207,P<0.01)and yang-deficiency types,respectively(OR=0.306,P<0.05).Hypertension and diabetes were the influential factors for phlegm-dampness(OR=2.833,2.832,P<0.05),and diabetes was also the influential factor for yindeficiency type(OR=2.580,P<0.05).Conclusion:Majority of included elderly are judged as unbalanced constitutions.Besides,age,gender,chronic disease and lifestyles relate with constitution type,which could be applied in health management and improvement for elderly.
