文章聚焦卫生健康人员胜任力这一主题,通过收集、整理、归纳国内外人员胜任力模型、卫生健康人员胜任力和卫生健康经济管理人员胜任力的相关研究,剖析其特点与内容侧重,总结当前该主题下的各项研究存在的局限性,为后续研究的开展提供资料参考与借鉴。
It focuses on the topic of competency of health personnel.By collecting,collating and summarizing the relevant studies on competency models of personnel,competency of health personnel and competency of health economic managers in China and abroad,it analyzes the characteristics and content focus of each literature,summarizes the limitations of the current studies on this topic,and provides information and references for the development of subsequent studies.
