摘要
云煤二矿引进综合机械化掘进设备EBZ-318型综掘机,以23303底抽巷为背景,具体分析了影响巷道掘进速度的主要因素,从掘进装备技术、巷道层位选择、运输系统、支护参数和作业方式、管理水平等6个方面提出改进措施;巷道掘进速度得到很大提高,巷道的日进尺由原来的掘进进尺2.4 m,提高到8 m以上,月进尺维持在130m以上,最高155 m,掘进速度提高了3倍,掘进效率大幅提高。
Yuncoal Mine introduced comprehensive mechanized roadheading equipment EBZ-318 type comprehensive roadheading machine, and analyzed the main factors affecting the roadway digging speed with 23303 bottom pumping lane as the background, and proposed improvement measures in six aspects, such as roadheading equipment technology, roadway level selection, transportation system,support parameters and operation mode, and management level. The daily feed rate of the roadway has been greatly improved, and the daily feed rate of the roadway has increased from 2.4 m to more than 8m, and the monthly feed rate has been maintained at more than 130 m and up to 155 m, which has increased the digging speed by 3 times and the digging efficiency has been greatly improved.
