摘要
机组稳定性是制约煤矿综掘技术应用于大倾角巷道掘进的关键难题,围绕华亭煤业集团有限责任公司山寨煤矿3506工作面特厚煤层大倾角切巷掘进工程实际,分析了大倾角切巷掘进存在的问题,采用力学分析、数值模拟和现场实测的综合研究方法,开展了掘进装备及配套关键技术研究,提出了大倾角切巷的“底座油缸推移式”综掘施工技术,并验证了支顶装置的承载及变形特征满足综掘机组稳定要求,形成了以“小坡度缓坡变线大坡度”坡度调整、支顶维稳装置优化、掘进钻孔解危卸压为核心的大倾角特厚煤层切巷掘进关键技术,有效保障了特厚煤层大倾角切巷安全高效掘进施工。通过实际应用结果表明,综合机械化掘进相较炮掘法具有显著的经济技术优势。
The stability of the unit is a key challenge that restricts the application of comprehensive excavation technology in large angleroadway excavation.Based on the actual excavation project of the 3506 working face of Huating Coal Industry's Shanzhai Coal Mine,which is prone to thick coal seams,the problems existing in the excavation of the high angle cutting roadway were analyzed.A comprehensive research method of mechanical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site measurement were used to conduct research on excavation equipment and supporting key technologies.A“base oil cylinder push type”comprehensive excavation construction technology for large inclination angle cutting roadways has been proposed,which verifies that the load-bearing and deformation characteristics of the support device meet the stability requirements of the comprehensive excavation unit.A key technology for large inclination angle and thick coal seam cutting roadway excavation has been formed,with"small slope-gentle slope changing line-large slope"slope adjustment,optimization of support top stability maintenance device,and excavation drilling to relieve danger and pressure as the core,effectively ensuring the safe and efficient excavation construction of large inclination angle cutting roadways in thick coal seams.The research results indicate that comprehensive mechanized excavation has significant economic and technological advantages compared to blasting excavation method.
