摘要
为解决航运船舶水尺计重过程中压载水测量人工投尺存在耗时长、准确度低,以及工作强度大等问题,利用旋转增量式编码器以转动输出脉冲信号,通过计数设备确定位移原理,结合电路系统,研发一套数显式船舶压载水自动测量装置并优化其算法。选择15船次国际航运船舶用该装置开展与传统测量尺检测的对比试验,数据结果表明,测量差异范围和平均差异率很小,符合对船舶压载水测量精度的要求,同时测量效能有大幅提高。
In order to solve the problems of traditional measuring ruler,such as long time-consuming,low accuracy and high working intensity in the process of weight measuring of ship’s ballast water,a set of digital display automatic ballast water measurement device was developed,by which the displacement was determined by the counting equipment receiving pulse signal outputted from the rotary incremental encoder.Its calculation formula was designed and optimized.Taking 15 international ships as the research objects,a comparative test between the device and the traditional measuring ruler was carried out,showing that the difference range and the average difference rate is tiny,which meets the requirements for the measurement for ship’s ballast water,and the measurement efficiency has been greatly improved.
