摘要
为降低压载水管理系统的风险,保障其稳定运行,对船舶压载水排放标准及主流压载水管理系统处理方法进行介绍,并以某加装青岛双瑞Bal Clor?BWMS压载水管理系统的30万吨原油船为例,对系统原理、设备选型及设计要点进行深入分析。结果表明:该设计要点和注意事项可有效降低系统由于设计问题出现故障的概率,有益于系统可靠稳定运行和延长使用寿命。研究成果可为船舶压载水管理系统的设计和安装提供一定参考。
In order to reduce the risk of the ballast water management system and ensure its stable operation, the ship’s ballast water discharge standards and the treatment methods of the mainstream ballast water management system are described, and a 300 000 t crude oil carrier installed with Qingdao SUNRUI Bal Clor? BWMS ballast water management system is taken as an example to deeply analyze the system principle, equipment selection and design points. The results show that the design points and precautions can effectively reduce the probability of system failure due to design problems, which is beneficial to reliable and stable operation of the system and prolonging its service life. The research results can provide some references for the design and installation of ship ballast water management system.
