构建全国统一大市场的价值意蕴及路径探析 被引量:13

Building a Unified National Market for a Larger Market Scale Advantage

摘要 进入新时代,我国的核心竞争优势在于构建全国统一大市场,实现规模经济增长。加快构建全国统一大市场的主要举措是促进五个“统一”:要素及资源市场统一、商品和服务市场统一、市场设施联通统一、市场基础制度规则统一和市场监管公平统一。只有建立并完善全国统一大市场制度规则与监管体系,破除产品由生产到消费各个环节的关键堵点,才能畅通国内大循环,发挥我国超大规模市场优势并产生规模效应,助力构建新发展格局。 In the new era, China’s core competitive advantage lies in the construction of a unified domestic market to achieve large scale economic growth. To accelerate the construction of a unified domestic market, we need to establish five “unified” mechanisms— unified factors and resources market, high-quality goods and services market, unified high-standard market facilities, unified basic market systems and rules, and unified and fair regulations. We should establish and improve basic market rules and supervision system, and break the key blocking points through production to consumption, to smooth domestic circulation.
