摘要
为了解江苏省肉鸡产业设施装备应用情况,试验采用随机抽样调查的方法,对全省12市173家肉鸡养殖场的基本情况,以及饲料加工、饲喂和环境控制、粪便收集、废弃物处理、消毒防疫、视频监控等设施装备情况进行现场调研。结果显示:规模场在饲喂、环境控制、粪便收集、视频监控方面的机械装备情况优于小散户,而小散户更倾向于配备饲料加工机械装备,不同规模的养殖场消毒防疫设施设备配备率均较高,在粪便和病死鸡无害化处理方面,养殖场都更倾向于社会化服务。进一步分析发现,规模水平对饲料加工、饲喂、粪便收集、视频监控等设施装备应用比例以及视频监控覆盖区域存在显著影响(P<0.05),鸡舍类型对环境自动控制设备应用比例存在显著影响(P<0.05),养殖方式对粪便收集设备应用比例存在显著影响(P<0.05),社会化服务对粪便及病死鸡无害化处理设施设备的应用比例和数量存在显著影响(P<0.05)。研究提示,肉鸡规模养殖场设施装备的种类和数量普遍优于小散户,同时,江苏省肉鸡养殖设施装备还受鸡舍类型、养殖方式、社会化服务水平等因素影响。
In order to understand the application situation of broiler industry facilities and equipment in Jiangsu province,173 broiler farms were randomly selected from 12 cities in Jiangsu province,the basic conditions of the farm and the facilities and equipment of the production links,such as feed processing,feeding,environmental control,feces collection,waste treatment,disinfection and epidemic prevention and video monitoring were investigated on-the-spot questionnaire and statistical analysed.The results showed that the mechanical equipment of scale farms was better than that of small-scale farms in feeding,environmental control,fecal collection and video monitoring,small-scale farms were more likely to be equipped with feed processing machinery,the equipment rate of disinfection and epidemic prevention facilities was higher in different scale farms,and the farms were more inclined to socialized service in the harmless treatment of feces and dead chickens.Further analysis showed that scale had a significant impact on the application ratio of feed processing(P<0.05),feeding,feces collection and video surveillance,and the coverage area of video surveillance,the type of chicken house had significant influence on the application ratio of environmental automatic control equipment(P<0.05),there was a significant influence on the proportion of fecal collection equipment used by different farming methods(P<0.05),and social service had a significant impact on the proportion and quantity of non-harmful treatment facilities for feces and dead chickens(P<0.05).It′s indicated that the type and quantity of mechanical equipment in scale farms were generally better than those of small-scale farms,and the mechanical equipment was also affected by the type of chicken house,breeding methods,social service level and other factors.
