摘要
我国肉鸡产业发展迅速,鸡肉质量安全与消费者的生命健康息息相关。为全面有效提高肉鸡饲养管理,需为肉鸡养殖质量安全提供相应技术支撑。该文从肉鸡养殖过程中涉及的环境监测和控制、生产中投入品使用及过程控制、无害化处理和产品质量检测多个环节进行讨论分析,并提出管理建议。
In recent years,with the rapid development of broiler industry,the quality and safety of broilers have become the concern of the government,producers and consumers.In order to improve the management of broiler breeding comprehensively and effectively,it is necessary to provide corresponding technical support for the quality and safety of broiler breeding.Based on this,this paper analyzed the environmental supervision and control,input use and production process control,harmless treatment and product testing,and put forward suggestions for reference.
