摘要 针对魏墙煤矿螺杆空压机监控系统存在故障监测设备延时大、监测精度差等问题,进行了空压机远程监测及控制系统优化设计。实践应用表明:新设计远程监测及控制系统通过传感器实现数据的实时采集和处理,实现对空压机运行状态的实时在线远程监控,对空压机运行故障反应及时,监测精度高,可靠性高,安全经济效益显著。 Aiming at the problems existing in the monitoring system of screw air compressor in Weiqiang Coal Mine, such as large time delay of fault monitoring equipment and poor monitoring accuracy, the remote monitoring and control system of air compressor are optimized. The practical application shows that the newly designed remote monitoring and control system realizes real-time data acquisition and processing through sensors, real-time on-line remote monitoring of the running status of air compressor, timely response to running faults of air compressor, the monitoring accuracy is high, the reliability is high, the safety and economic benefit is remarkable.
