摘要
《预防医学》是公共卫生领域的基础学科,对于学生理论结合实际的能力具有较高要求。传统授课模式中教师单方面讲授,学生被动接受存在许多弊端。为促进学生基本专业素质和实践技能的协同发展,有必要探索和尝试新的教育模式。问题导向型学习模式(problembased learning,PBL)和团队导向学习模式(team-based learning,TBL)将课内基本理论与课外实际案例相结合,教师讲授与学生互动相结合,可增强学生思维的活跃性,提高学习效率。将该联合创新教学法融入《预防医学》课程,可弥补传统教学模式的不足,增加课堂趣味性与学生的积极性。文章讨论PBL联合TBL教学模式在《预防医学》课程实施中的必要性、优越性、实施方案,有利于促进传统教学模式转型,培养全方面发展的复合型公共卫生人才。
Preventive Medicine is a basic discipline in the field of public health,which has high requirements for students’ability to combine theory with practice.There are many drawbacks in the traditional teaching mode that teachers teach unilaterally and students passively accept.In order to promote the coordinated development of students’basic professional qualities and practical skills,it is necessary to explore and try a new educational model.Problem-based learning(PBL)and team-based learning(TBL)teaching methods combine basic theories in class with actual cases outside class,and combine teachers’teaching with students’interaction,which can enhance students’thinking activity and improve learning efficiency.The integration of this joint innovative teaching method into the Preventive Medicine course can make up for the deficiency of the traditional teaching mode and increase the classroom interest and students’enthusiasm.This article discusses the necessity,superiority and implementation plan of integrating PBL and TBL teaching mode into the implementation of Preventive Medicine course,which is conducive to promoting the transformation of traditional teaching mode and cultivating all-round compound public health talents.
