摘要
目的探讨协同护理联合早期心脏康复护理在心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月在我院接受PCI的200例心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(100例,常规护理)和观察组(100例,协同护理联合早期心脏康复护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果随访后,观察组的心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访后,观察组自我管理量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访后,观察组的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理联合早期心脏康复护理能有效改善心肌梗死PCI后患者的心功能,提高自我管理能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 200 patients with myocardial infarction received PCI in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(100 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(100 cases,collaborative nursing combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After follow-up,the indexes of cardiac function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up,the scores of each dimension of self-management scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve cardiac function and self-management ability of patients with myocardial infarction after PCI.
