摘要 在“三全育人”格局中,辅导员的工作内容、方式方法等面临新的调整,以实现新时代高校的立德树人任务。本文探讨了在“三全育人”格局中对辅导员角色重构的必要性和可行性,从逻辑起点、目标指向、落脚点等三个方面明确了辅导员角色重构的逻辑主线,从明确界定辅导员角色的边界、清晰划分辅导员角色的层次、以“团队优化”为目标、以“三维矩阵”为工具等四个方面提出辅导员角色重构的路径,从而为辅导员工作的研究增加了全新的研究视角和方法。 In the pattern of “three complete education”, counselors’ work content and methods are facing new adjustments to realize the task of moral education in colleges and universities in the new era. This paper discusses about the necessity and feasibility of the reconstruction of counselor’s role in the pattern of “three complete education”. It clarifies the logical main line of the reconstruction from three aspects: the logical starting point, the goal direction and the foothold. It puts forward the path of counselor’s role reconstruction from four aspects such as defining the boundary of counselor’s role, clearly divides the level of counselor’s role, takes “team optimization” as the goal and “three-dimensional matrix” as the tool. Thus it adds a new perspective and method to the research of counselors’ work.
