ICP-MS同时测定土笋冻中多种元素含量

摘要 目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定土笋冻中六种元素的方法。方法:土笋冻样品经HNO3微波消解后,通过优化ICP-MS工作参数,以Sc、Ge、In、Re为内标,以He碰撞模式测定了其中Al、Cr、As、Cd、Hg和Pb。结果:各元素在相应的标液浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数0.9998-1.0000之间,各元素检出限为0.0014~0.459μg/kg,根据各待测元素含量选择不同的加标浓度,加标范围0.005-100 mg/kg,各元素回收率为81.1%-101.6%(n=6),相对标准偏差在0.36%-5.69%,满足GB/T 27404-2008的相关要求。结论:该方法灵敏度高,结果准确,适用于土笋冻中多元素的同时检测。 Objective:A method for the determination of 6 inorganic elements in sea worm jelly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.Methods:After microwave digestion,the contents of 6 microelement including Al、Cr、As、Cd、Hg and Pb were determined by ICP-MS under ked collision mode using Sc,Ge,In and Re as internal standards.Results:the liner correlation coefficient of each element measured by this method ranged from 0.9998 to1.0000,The detection limits for each element were in the range of 0.0014μg/kg~0.459μg/kg. According to the content of each element,different concentration levers were selected,the range of addition was 0.005-1 00 mg/kg,and the recovery rate of standard addition is between 81.1% and 101.6%(n=6),The RSD ranged from 0.36% to 5.69%,which met the relevant requirements of GB/T 27404—2008.Conclusion:In a word,the method has high sensitivity and accurate results,Simultaneous detection. It was a reliable analysis method for the determination of the elements content in the sea worm jelly.
