摘要
鱼腥草是一种药食两用的常见植物,主要含有挥发油类及黄酮类成分,具有清热、解毒、止血、镇痛、抗菌、抗病毒和抗炎等作用。本文从化学成分、药理作用、临床应用及食品应用4个方面对鱼腥草的应用及研究情况进行了归纳概括,并简述了鱼腥草未来的研究和发展方向。
Houttuynia cordata Thunb. is a common plant used for medicinal and food. It mainly contains volatile oil and flavonoids, and possesses antipyretic, detoxification, hemostasis, analgesia, antibacterial, antiviral,anti-inflammatory and other effects. In this paper, the application of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. was comprehensively summarized from chemical composition, pharmacological effect, clinical application and food application. A brief outlook was made for the future research and development direction of Houttuynia cordata Thunb..
