摘要 在食品安全检测领域,为解决纳米酶催化活性低的问题,各种磁性纳米酶得到了研制,利用其结构、形貌提升类酶活性,能够为显色技术运用创造有利条件。本文对磁性纳米酶显色技术展开分析,且探讨了该技术在农兽药残留、食源性病原体等食品安全检测领域的应用情况,确认其具有活性可控、稳定性高等应用优势,展望技术的应用前景,为新型模拟酶生物传感器设计、改良等工作开展提供理论依据。 In order to solve the problem of low catalytic activity of nano enzymes, various magnetic nano enzymes have been developed, which can use its structure and morphology to improve the activity of enzyme like, and create favorable conditions for the application of color rendering technology in food safety detection.This paper analyzes the magnetic nano enzyme color rendering technology, discusses the application of this technology in food safety detection, and confirms the technology has the activity controllable, high stability application advantages, which will provide theoretical basis for the new simulation enzyme biosensor design and improvement work.
