摘要
纳米材料用作模拟酶材料(简称纳米酶)是当前的热点之一,因为纳米酶可以克服天然酶固有的缺点,而且纳米酶容易制备和保存,适用条件广,相对于天然生物酶来说,纳米酶更有优势。此外,由于各种类酶纳米材料的组成、形态和尺寸的不同,它们在传感器的构建过程中起着不同的作用,在生物分子检测、环境监测、医药、食品检测等领域得到了广泛的关注。综述了具有类酶特性的纳米材料的合成、性质以及它们在传感应用等方面的研究进展,为具有类酶特性的纳米材料和传感器的发展以及纳米酶在传感器中的应用提供借鉴。
The use of nanomaterials as simulated enzyme materials is one of the current hotspots,because nanoenzymes can overcome the inherent shortcomings of natural enzymes,The enzyme is easy to prepare and store,and has a wide range of applicable conditions.Compared with natural biological enzymes,nanozymes have more advantages.In addition,due to the different composition,morphology and size of various enzyme-like nanomaterials,they play different roles in the construction of sensors,and have received extensive attention in the fields of biomolecule detection,environmental monitoring,medicine,food detection,etc.The research progress in the synthesis and properties of nanomaterials with enzyme-like properties and their sensing applications was reviewed.
