摘要
目前,我国的畜牧养殖业发展迅速,同时还提高了养殖者的收入。但一些养殖者未按照要求使用兽药,使畜产品药物残留问题持续加重,不但威胁消费者的身体健康,还限制了畜牧养殖业的持续稳定发展,因此有必要选择合理的兽药残留检测方式,以保障畜产品的质量和安全。鉴于此,本文分析了产品中兽药残留存在的原因与危害,并指出检测方式具体的应用情况。
At present, the development of animal husbandry in China is not only increasing, but also increasing the income of farmers. However, because some farmers did not feed as required when using veterinary drugs, this situation continued to aggravate the problem of drug residues in animal products, which not only threatened the health of consumers, but also restricted the sustainable and stable development of the animal husbandry industry. For this situation, it is required to choose a reasonable veterinary drug residue detection method, so as to ensure the quality safety of animal products. In view of this situation, this paper focuses on the analysis and summary of the relevant content of the detection of veterinary drug residues in animal products.
