摘要
近年来,托育机构发展迅猛,但也随之出现了一系列食品安全问题,目前该行业从国家到地方部门都缺乏相应的技术指导规范和相关标准,特别是食品安全方面,因此该新兴产业存在一定的食品安全风险和监管空白,亟待处理和解决。本文从托育行业的发展现状、存在的食品安全问题及对策探讨3方面对该新兴行业的食品安全管理问题进行分析,提出了构建托育机构食品安全标准体系的措施,引导托育机构食品安全规范化标准化建设,以促进托育行业健康有序发展。
The infant care institutions developing rapidly in recent years, but also emerged a series of food safety issues related to the industry from the state to local authorities so far have lack of corresponding technical guidelines and standards, especially on food security, make this emerging industry there is a risk of food safety and regulatory gaps, need to be addressed. In this paper, from the infant care industry development present situation, existing food safety problems and countermeasures in several aspects to the problem of food safety management in the new industry is analyzed, put forward building infant care institution measures of food safety standard system, guide the nursery institution food safety standardization construction, to promote the infant care industry healthy and orderly development.
