摘要
建立全自动固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法检测土壤中丁氟消草、氯苯胺灵、氟乐灵、灭草灵和禾草灵5种除草剂的分析方法。丁氟消草、氯苯胺灵、氟乐灵和灭草灵和禾草灵在质量浓度0.02~4.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,检出限范围在0.008~0.018mg·kg^(-1)之间,加标回收率在89.7%~102.3%之间,精密度RSD在1.84%~3.96%(n=6)。本方法操作简便、快捷、检测结果准确,适用于土壤中除草剂残留的监测。
A method for the determination of five herbicides in soil by automatic solid phase extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The linear relationship of bufloxucao,chloranilin,trifluralin,metoclopramide and Gramoxone was good in the range of mass concentration 0.02~4.0μg·mL^(-1),the detection limit was 0.008~0.018mg·kg^(-1),the recovery was 89.7%~102.3%,and the precision RSD was 1.84%~3.96%(n=6).The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for the monitoring of herbicide residues in soil.
