摘要
随着现代激光焊接技术的不断优化及稳定发展,激光焊接技术在金属化薄膜电容器行业内也得到了应用,但是金属化薄膜电容器普遍容量较大,种类较多,加之其材料的特殊性,影响其焊点成型的因素众多,使得目前金属化薄膜电容器元件组的锡焊难以实现自动化,多为手工作业。为实现金属化薄膜电容器自动焊锡,分析了激光锡焊对各种电容的焊接方式,同时对比传统焊接的独特优势,从治具、激光器、焊材、视觉检测等方面进行了分析,通过拉脱试验测试锡焊点的拉力值检测焊接强度。研究结果表明,激光焊接可以实现金属化薄膜电容器的自动焊锡与焊后质量检测,能够满足焊点质量要求,焊点一致性与稳定性较好。
With the continuous optimization and stable development of modern laser welding technology,the laser welding technology has been used in the industry of metallized film capacitor.However,since the metallized film capacitor has generally high power,multiple types,particularity of its material as well as multiple factors affecting its welding point forming,which makes the soldering of the present elements of metallized film capacitor difficult to achieve automation and has to be done manually.For achieving automatic soldering of metallized film capacitor,the welding mode of laser soldering on various capacitors is analyzed and,at the same time,the analysis is carried out from the aspects of fixture,laser,welding materials,visual inspection and so on.The tensile value of soldering joint is tested by pulling test to detect the welding strength.The research results show that laser welding can achieve automatic soldering and post welding quality detection of metallized film capacitors,and can meet the quality requirements of soldering joints,with good consistency and stability.
