摘要
通过优化比较不同的金属化膜、卷绕方式、卷绕张力、卷绕错边等卷绕参数;压紧系数;热聚合的时间和温度参数;喷金工艺参数和喷金灰污染的控制;真空浸渍的时间、温度和真空度以及油介质的水分和残余气体控制;检漏与热老练试验的温度和时间参数等工艺条件,提出选择合理的工艺参数,形成一套完善的生产油浸式直流支撑金属化电容器的工艺。
In this paper, reasonable process parameters are raised and selected through optimizing and comparing different winding mode, winding tension, winding offset etc. Compaction coefficient; heat polymerization time and temperature parameter;metal spraying parameters and control of the spraying dust pollution;temperature, vacuum degree of vacuum impregnation, moisture and the resid- ual gas control of oil;such process parameters as temperature and time for leakage test and thermal aging test. Finally, a comprehensive set of process for the manufacture of DC-link metalized film ca- pacitor is formed.
