摘要
目的:研究计算机认知矫正(CCRT)对精神分裂症(SZ)患者精神病症状、焦虑、抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择2020年10月—2021年9月赣州市第三人民医院治疗的50例SZ患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用CCRT治疗,共4周。比较两组精神病症状、睡眠质量、焦虑、抑郁情绪及不良事件发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)评分、失眠严重指数(ISI)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在SZ患者中采用CCRT治疗是安全可行的,有利于改善精神病症状及睡眠质量,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低不良事件的发生率。
Objective:To study the effect of computerized cognitive correction(CCRT)on psychotic symptoms,anxiety,depression and sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia(SZ).Methods:Fifty patients with SZ who were treated in Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the observation group was treated with CCRT on the basis of the control group,for a total of 4 weeks.The psychiatric symptoms,sleep quality,anxiety,depression and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the positive and negative symptom rating scale(PANSS)score of the observation group,the insomnia severity index(ISI)score,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CCRT is safe and feasible in SZ patients,which is beneficial to improve psychotic symptoms and sleep quality,relieve anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
