摘要 目的:分析广东省全科医生配置的公平性。方法:运用卫生资源密度指数、基尼系数和泰尔指数,分析广东省全科医生配置的公平性。结果:2016-2020年,广东省全科医生数从18338人增加到37177人;全科医生按人口、经济和地理面积分布的基尼系数分别为0.1~0.21、0.29~0.34、0.50~0.59;珠三角地区是组内差异的主要来源。结论:广东省全科医生队伍建设成效显著,但区域发展不协调;按地理面积分布呈现非常不公平性;珠三角地区内部的全科医生配置差异明显;经济因素是影响全科医生配置公平性的主要因素。 Objective To analyze the equity of general practitioner(GP) allocation in Guangdong Province. Methods The allocation equity of GP in Guangdong province was measured using Health Resource Density Index(HRDI), Gini coefficient, and Theil index. Results From 2016 to 2020, the number of general practitioners in Guangdong increased from 18 338 to 37 177. The Gini coefficients for GP distribution by population, economic and geographical distribution were 0.1-0.21, 0.29-0.34, and 0.5-0.59, respectively. Intra-regional differences mainly came from the Pearl River Delta. Conclusion The construction of the GP team in Guangdong province has developed rapidly,but there is still challenge of uneven regional development. The distribution equity of GP according to the geographical area is in an unfair state. Emphasis should be given to improving the equity of GP allocation within the Pearl River Delta. Economic factors are affecting the allocation equity of GP in the province.
