摘要
随着生活水平的提高和人们对食物需求的增加,我国对食品安全和食品质量的关注程度愈来愈高,对食物加工技术的应用也日益扩大。本文通过剖析各种食物加工技术对食物营养的影响,指出应当科学合理选择食物加工技术,科学合理调节食物加热的时间与参数,保证食品安全与营养价值。
With the improvement of social living standards and the increase of people’s demand for food, China pays more and more attention to food safety and food quality, and the application of food processing technology is also expanding increasingly. By analyzing the influence of various food processing technologies on food nutrition,this paper points out that food processing technologies should be selected scientifically and reasonably, and the time and parameters of food heating should be adjusted scientifically and reasonably, so as to ensure food safety and nutritional value.
