摘要
以鲍店矿1303网下综采放顶煤开采为现场研究条件,结合数值计算分析、实验模拟,对网下综采放顶煤开采技术进行了研究,结果表明:网下综采放顶煤开采与顶分层综采、整层综采放顶煤开采相比,支承压力降低,来压步距减小,顶板运动范围扩大,支架受力增高,放煤步距减小,此外,煤体注水加软化剂、架间松动炮是保证高回收率的重要措施,研究结论对指导我国网下综采放顶煤开采支架选型、提出合理的辅助破煤措施、实现高回收率具有参考价值。
Numeric calculation, laboratory simulation of sub-level caving technique under wire mesh were made based on site conditions of No. 1303 face in Baodian mine. The results indicate that as compared with top slicing method, and full section mechanized mining with sub-level caving method, this method reduces the abutment pressure, weighting interval, caving interval and increases the extent of ground movement and support load. In addition, water infusion with softening agent, concussion blasting are important measures for increasing coal recovery. The results give guidance to selection of supports. and for adoption of rational blasting measures in order to increase coal recovery.
