摘要
介绍了卡套式管接头的密封原理,分析了引起卡套式管接头密封失效的原因,并利用有限元软件对卡套刃口结构进行了优化改进,结果表明改进刃口结构尺寸可促使卡套与硬管的密封结合面紧密接触。经试验验证,改进效果明显,为实际应用中卡套式管接头的优化设计提供了依据。
By introducing the sealing principle of cone connectors,the causes of sealing failure of cone connectors are analyzed.Then it optimizes and improves the cutting edge structure using software.The results show that the sealing surface between the ferrule and the hard tube can be tightened by improving the structural size of the cutting edge.The improvement effect is verified through experiments.It provides a basis for solving the oil leakage problem of cone connectors in practical application.
