摘要
卡套式连接在轨道车辆中使用广泛,空气泄漏问题是导致卡套失效的重要原因,为有效预防列车运行中因制动管路泄漏从而造成的事故,从卡套连接结构组成、安装工艺两个方面来分析导致泄漏的原因,并从配件问题、设备问题、装配问题3个角度提出预防卡套接头泄漏的措施,提高了卡套式连接的密封性能,为列车安全运行提供了保障。
The ferrule connection is widely used in rail vehicles, air leakage is an important cause of the failure of the ferrule. In order to effectively prevent the accidents caused by the leakage of the brake pipeline in the train operation, the causes of the leakage were analyzed from the two aspects of the connection structure and installation process of the ferrule. The measures to prevent the leakage of the ferrule joint were put forward from the three aspects of parts,equipment and assembly, which improved the sealing performance of the ferrule connection, and provided a guarantee for the safe operation of the train.
