摘要
在激光小镇钢结构施工过程中,存在因构件尺寸误差而引起返工修理构件的问题,对施工质量产生不利的影响。基于三维扫描的智能感知与模型重建技术应用于钢结构的质量控制工作中,对钢构件进行三维扫描并建立点云模型。通过在三维模型中进行尺寸检查和模拟拼装,在正式施工前发现影响构件安装的尺寸误差和构件间不协调之处,为提前对构件进行修理提供参考,减少了构件安装的质量问题。
During construction of steel structure for Suqian Laser Industrial Park,some components were processed again due to dimensional error,imposing adverse effect on construction quality.3D scanning based intelligent perception and model reconstruction were used in quality control of steel structure.Three-dimensional point cloud model was set up for steel components by scanning.Dimensional error and inconsistency between components were found prior to construction by checking and assembling simulation with 3D model.It served as reference to rectifying components to solve quality problem.
