摘要
深圳大运中心主体育场采用内设张拉膜的钢屋盖体系,钢结构形式为单层折面空间网格结构,分为铸钢节点和焊接节点两种形式。运用计算机拟合技术,成功解决了超重、复杂、多分支铸钢节点验收难题,并通过实测坐标与理论坐标的拟合,将其应用到构件预拼装方面,在限定的较短工期内达到了快速、精准的构件拼装效果,确保了施工质量和施工进度,同时指出节点、构件的误差来源及消除措施。
Steel roof system with inner tensioned membrane is applied in Shenzhen Universiade Sports Center Main Stadium,whose steel structure is single-layer folded-surface spatial grid.The steel structure includes cast steel joints and welding joints.By computer fitting technology,the acceptance for overweight,complex and multi branches cast steel joints are successfully completed.Besides,through fitting of actual coordinate and theoretical coordinate,this technology is also used in pre-assembling of structures,which advances construction efficiency,increases economical benefits and ensures the construction progress and quality.Furthermore,the error causes and elimination measures for joints and structures are put forward.
