摘要
针对三相无刷同步发电机转子绕组端部存在匝间短路故障的问题,提出一种转子绕组端部绝缘结构,以一台1600kW三相无刷隐极同步发电机为例,设计了此种端部绝缘结构,详细描述了这种绝缘结构的设计方法,并应用于此台发电机中。结果表明:此转子绕组端部绝缘结构可以有效避免端部匝间绝缘短路,该方法可靠实用,为同类型发电机转子绕组端部绝缘结构设计提供借鉴和参考。
Aiming at the problem that inter-turn short circuit fault at the end of rotor winding of three-phase brushless synchronous generator, an insulation structure of the end of rotor winding is proposed. Taking a 1600kW three-phase brushless hidden pole synchronous generator as an example, the end insulation structure is designed. The design method of insulation structure is described in detail and applied to the generator. The results show that the end insulation structure of the rotor winding can effectively avoid the end inter-turn insulation short circuit, and the method is reliable and practical, which provides a reference for the design of the end insulation structure of the rotor winding of the same type of generator.
