摘要
病死畜禽无害化处理在预防动物疫病流行和传播、保护畜牧业健康发展等方面具有重要的意义,但由于客观条件影响,我国部分地区仍然没有针对病死畜禽进行规范的无害化处理,易导致重大动物疫病的传播。因此,有必要对病死畜禽无害化处理实施监管。该文详细分析病死畜禽无害化处理体系建设和监管措施。
Harmless treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry is of great significance in preventing the prevalence and spread of animal epidemics and protecting the healthy development of animal husbandry.However,due to the impact of objective conditions,there is still no standardized harmless treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry in some regions of China,which is likely to lead to the spread of major animal epidemics.Therefore,it is necessary to supervise the harmless treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry.This paper analyzes the construction and supervision measures of the harmless treatment system for sick and dead livestock and poultry in detail.
