摘要
目的探讨基于沟通达标理论的护理干预在宫颈癌经子宫切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年7月—2021年3月在邯郸市第一医院治疗的Ⅰb~Ⅱa期宫颈癌经子宫切除术后患者为研究对象。将2018年7月—2019年10月的患者设为对照组,2019年11月—2021年3月的患者设为观察组。最终有95例患者纳入研究,其中对照组49例、观察组46例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于沟通达标理论的护理干预。采用癌症患者自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)、生活质量问卷(QLQ-C30)评估干预的效果。结果干预后观察组患者SUPPH各维度得分、QLQ-C30功能领域和总体健康状况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于沟通达标理论的护理干预可提高宫颈癌患者的自我管理效能感和生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on the theory of goal attainment on communication in patients with cervical cancer after hysterectomy.Methods From July 2018 to March 2021,patients with stageⅠb-Ⅱa cervical cancer with hysterectomy in the Handan First Hospital were selected by convenience sampling.The patients from July 2018 to October 2019 were set in the control group,and the patients from November 2019 to March 2021 were set in the observation group.A total of 95 patients were included in the study,including 49 in the control group and 46 in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing based on the theory of goal attainment on communication.The effectiveness of the intervention was evaluated with the Strategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH)and the Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30).Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of SUPPH,the QLQ-C30 functional domain and the overall health of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing based on theory of goal attainment on communication can improve the self-management efficacy and quality of life of cervical cancer patients.
