摘要
本文以聚醚砜为基材,制备高性能的超滤膜材料.通过改变聚砜铸膜液添加剂聚醚砜(PES)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、氯化锂(LiCl)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-K30(PVP-K30)的配比,调整制膜条件,添加不同种类的改性剂聚乙二醇(PEG-600)、活性炭,得到综合性能最佳、水通量达到一定水平且抗污能力强的超滤膜.结果表明在LiCl质量分数为0.3%,PVP-K30质量分数为2%,PEG含量为16%时,聚砜超滤膜的综合性能最佳,其水通量达到202.05 L/(m^(2)·h),水通量恢复率和腐殖酸截留率分别为64.7%和74.4%.
In practical applications,polysulfone ultrafiltration membranes have poor anti-fouling ability,low separation efficiency and low desalination rate.In this paper,high-performance ultrafiltration membrane materials were prepared using polyether sulfone(PES)as the substrate.The membrane preparation conditions were adjusted by changing the ratios of PES,dimethylacetamide(DMAc),lithium chloride(LiCl)and polyvinylpyrrolidone-K30(PVP-K30)as additives in the casting solution of polyether sulfone.Different kinds of modifier polyethylene glycol-600(PEG-600)and active carbon were added to obtain ultrafiltration membranes with the best comprehensive performance,water flux reaching a certain level and strong anti-fouling ability.The results showed that when the mass fraction of LiCl was 0.3%,the mass fraction of PVP-K30 was 2%,and the PEG content was 16%,the comprehensive performance of polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane was the best.The water flux reached 202.05 L/(m^(2)·h),the recovery rate of water flux and the retention rate of humic acid were 64.7%and 74.4%,respectively.
