摘要
从湖泊沉积物中提取腐殖酸（主要是胡敏酸），用紫外可见吸收光谱进行了测定，并通过其吸光度对波长求二阶导数对腐殖酸结构进行了分析鉴定。
The extraction of humic acid in the lake sediments is described in this paper.By the measurement of the optical densities,the second derivative UV spectrum is obtained by derivation of optical density via wave length.The result is reported and the significance of such determination in atmosphere recording is discusal.
