摘要
通过分析比较目前国内外BIM编码体系的应用现状和优劣势,研究国内对建筑工程信息编码体系和企业物料编码体系、国标清单体系之间的关系,从已颁布的建筑信息模型分类与编码标准出发,以国内某大型主题公园项目为实例,提出了一套利用BIM模型结合构件编码体系、企业物料编码和国标清单编码形成编码模型数据基础。通过自主研发和项目实例应用完成BIM模型的构件赋码、物料赋码、清单赋码,输出符合要求BIM模型工程量清单服务于项目成本管理。
By analyzing and comparing the current application status and advantages and disadvantages of the BIM coding system at home and abroad, studying the relationship between the domestic construction engineering information coding system and the enterprise material coding system and the national standard list system, and starting from the promulgated building information model classification and coding standards, a set of BIM model combined with component coding system, enterprise material coding and national standard list coding is proposed with a large theme park project in China as an example to form a coding model data basis. Through independent research and development and project example application, the components code of the BIM model, the material code, and the list code are completed, and the BIM model bill of quantities that meets the requirements is output to serve the project cost management.
