摘要
2022年新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》为高职院校内部治理改革和评价体系构建绘制了法律范围内的依据、逻辑起点和蓝图。为贯彻落实“新法”和《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》等文件精神,需要以“新法”为基本框架构建内部治理水平评价体系,并对高职院校的内部治理水平进行评价,从而促进高职院校治理体系建设水平提升和能力现代化。在分析“新法”对高职院校内部治理水平评价体系构建指导意义的基础上,从七个维度构建了评价指标体系,并阐述了体系构建思路和体系内涵。
The newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China has set the basisin2022,logical starting point and blueprint within the legal scope for the internal governance reformandevaluation system construction of higher vocational colleges.In order to implement the spirit of documentssuch as the new Law and the General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in theNewEra,it is necessary to build an internal governance level evaluation system based on the newlawand evaluatethe internal governance level of higher vocational colleges,so as to promote the improvement of thegovernance system construction level of higher vocational colleges and the modernization of their capabilities.Based on the analysis of the guiding significance of the new law for the construction of the evaluationsystemof the internal governance level of higher vocational colleges,this paper constructs an indicator systemfromseven dimensions,and expounds the ideas and connotation of the system construction.
