思政课亲和力:素养、规律与获得感——基于高校教师的研究视角 被引量:11

Affinity of Ideological and Political Courses: Literacy, Law and Sense of Gain——Baed on the Perspective of Teachers in Universities and Colleges

摘要 提升高校思想政治教育亲和力既是达成高校思想政治教育目标的重点,也是大学生健康成长和全面发展的新需求新期待。高校思政课教师要以立德树人、铸魂育人为神圣使命,提升“六要”素养;要遵循思想政治工作规律,采用大学生喜闻乐见的方式增强亲和力,遵循学生成长规律,突出学生主体性,遵循教书育人规律,发挥教学主渠道作用。思政课教师要“因事而化、因时而进、因势而新”,内化与外化相统一,久久为功,解决学生面临的实际问题,提高亲和力,让学生有获得感。 Improving the affinity of ideological and political education in universities and colleges is not only the key to achieving educational goals, but also the new demands and expectations for the healthy growth and all-round development of college students.Teachers of ideological and political courses in universities and colleges should bear the sacred mission of cultivating people with morality, casting souls and educating people, and improve “six essentials”literacy. Meanwhile, they should follow the law of ideological and political work, and further increase the affinity through the ways of diversifying educational methods, following growth law,highlighting the subjectivity of students, and playing the main channel role of teaching. Besides, they had to solve students’ actual problems“according to the situation, the times and the trend”, so as to improve their affinity and give students the sense of gain.
