摘要
随着我国不断推进产业发展创新,许多地区都积极加强高新技术产业园规划与建设,此类规划设计逐渐增多。但从相关规划建设实际情况来看,设计考虑因素较为单一,缺乏对空间规划、功能布局、建筑形态等方面的综合性规划设计,影响到实际规划与设计的效果。本文主要结合实际案例项目,对高新技术产业链展开分析,结合规划地段情况进行合理的空间布局,最后设计出具有一定特色性的建筑物,希望能够对高新技术产业园规划设计提供参考。
With the continuous promotion of industrial development and innovation in China, many areas are actively strengthening the planning and construction of high-tech industrial parks, so that such planning and design gradually increase. However, from the actual situation of relevant planning and construction, the design considerations are relatively simple, lacking comprehensive planning and design in the aspects of spatial planning,functional layout, architectural form and etc, which affects the effect of actual planning and design. Combined with actual projects, this paper mainly analyzes the high-tech industrial chain, carries out reasonable spatial layout according to the planned area situation, and finally designs buildings with certain characteristics, which could provide reference for the planning and design of similar high-tech industrial parks.
