摘要
高新技术产业园是经济、科技发展到一定阶段的产物,近年来,在我国迅速发展,随着政策调整和产业升级转型,其产业集聚和功能复合等特点逐渐突出。将产城融合理念应用于高新技术产业园空间布局规划,有助于解决园区在建设和发展过程中存在的问题,同时还可以满足人们工作、生活方式的转变对园区的新需求,有效促进园区健康可持续发展。研究基于对产城融合和空间布局的深入研究,构建功能聚集、弹性增长、生态适宜和人本主义四项规划原则,提出产城功能复合、土地利用混合、配套设施调合和空间关系契合四项规划策略。
The high-tech industrial park is the product of economic and technological development to a certain stage.In recent years,it has developed rapidly in China.With policy adjustments and industrial upgrading and transformation,its characteristics of industrial agglomeration and compound functions have gradually become prominent.Applying the concept of industry-city integration to the spatial layout planning of high-tech industrial parks will help solve problems in the construction and development of the parks.At the same time,it can also meet the new needs of the park due to changes in people's work and lifestyle,and effectively promote the healthy and sustainable development of the park.The research is based on in-depth research on the integration of production and city and spatial layout,and constructs four planning principles of function aggregation,elastic growth,ecological suitability,and humanism.Four planning strategies are proposed,which are composite production-city function,mixed land use,matching facilities and spatial relationship.
