摘要
为研究厚朴超微粉对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标和肠道菌群结构的影响,试验选用1日龄健康黄羽肉鸡母鸡240只采用单因子完全随机设计分成2组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,厚朴组在基础日粮中添加2 g/kg厚朴超微粉,试验期9周。结果显示:与对照组相比,厚朴组21日龄平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),63日龄的白蛋白、总蛋白、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白含量显著下降(P<0.05),盲肠菌群Chao1指数和ACE指数显著降低(P<0.05),盲肠菌群门水平上,拟杆菌门相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),厚壁菌门相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),而属水平分析发现厚朴组拟杆菌属相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),瘤胃球菌属和毛螺菌属相对丰度差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,饲粮添加2 g/kg厚朴超微粉提高黄羽肉鸡生长性能和改善盲肠微生物菌群结构。
In order to study the effects of Magnolia officinalis ultra-fine powder on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal flora structure of yellow-feathered broilers,240 healthy yellow-feathered broilers at the age of 1 day were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 20 in each replicate.The control group was fed with a basal diet,and Magnolia officinalis group was fed with the basal diet supplemented with 2 g/kg Magnolia officinalis ultrafine powder.The experiment lasted for 9 weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of Magnolia officinalis group at 21 days of age was significantly increased and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of albumin,total protein,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein in Magnolia officinalis group decreased significantly at 63 days of age(P<0.05),the Chao1 index and ACE index of caecum flora in Magnolia officinalis group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes of caecum flora in Magnolia officinalis group was significantly increased and the relative abundance of Firmicutes was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the relative abundance of Bacteroides in Magnolia officinalis group was significantly increased(P<0.05)and the relative abundance of Ruminococcaceae and Lachnospiraceae were significantly different at the genus level(P<0.05).The results suggested that the addition of 2 g/kg Magnolia officinalis ultra-fine powder in the diet could improve the growth performance and the cecal flora structure of yellow-feathered broilers.
