摘要
结合某220 kV架空输电线路3次C相人工接地短路试验数据,分析重合闸动作行为异常的原因,认为分相断路器的时间继电器游离性大及保护装置缺少TWJ是导致重合闸动作行为异常的主要原因,并提出相关处理措施。
Based on the three data of the C-phase artificial grounding short circuit test on a 220 kV overhead transmission line,the causes of abnormal reclosing action is analyzed.It is believed that the large dissociation of the time relay of the phase breaker and the lack of TWJ in the protective device are the main causes of abnormal reclosing action,and the relevent treatment measures are proposed.
